Casuarina

Working closely with the client and architect, we delivered a full-scale renovation at Casuarina, taking the existing home back to its footprint and rebuilding across three storeys with a new top level added above. The exterior is wrapped in Shou Sugi Ban cladding, with a floating stair running through all three levels.

Inside, Patagonia Quartzite features through the kitchen, a natural stone wall sits in the bathroom, and travertine runs through the floors. The rework doubles the original footprint and lifts the home into a brighter, more open coastal residence for the family.
